SHIPPING

We currently ship to the United States & Canada only.

UNITED STATES

We provide FREE domestic shipping to the United States on every order! We ship via USPS First Class Mail. Your packages do not include insurance with the free shipping. Your package will usually arrive between 4-7 business days after being processed.

** These shipment times are based on the USPS quote, they do not guarantee a delivery date and we are not in control or responsible for delayed, or lost deliveries.

 

You may upgrade to priority mail 2-3 day with USPS for $6.99 to ensure your package will be sent priority mail or 1 day priority mail express for $19.99.  You may select this option during checkout.

Again, we're not responsible for delivery delays. These are USPS estimates and they do not guarantee their delivery dates. 

Upgraded priority packages do offer insurance if the package is lost. Packages marked DELIVERED but were not received do not qualify for insurance coverage per the USPS. In these rare cases, the customer will have to deal directly with their local post office and route carrier as we can not assist.

We strive to process your order as quickly as possible! Your package will normally be on it's way the next business day. Custom orders, graphic tops and hats at times need additional processing times and is listed in the description on the item page.

Please keep in mind we do not ship out until your payment has been processed which can take up to a 1 business day. We do this in order to prevent fraudulent orders. During sales or busy times and extra processing day may be needed. (excluding holidays and weekends). You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

**Please note, if shipping to an address other than the billing address or if our processor flags your order as possibly fraudulent, we will need additional processing time. We will at times attempt to each out to you via email/telephone. We may cancel your order if we're unable to reach you.

** Please note: For amounts over $150 or shipping/billing addresses not matching, we may require a signature at delivery.

If you need to make a change to your order please contact us as soon as possible via telephone or email. Due to our quick processing, we may not be able to handle your request. Our goal is to get your order shipped to you as quickly as possible!

Once the order has been packaged, we are unable to make changes.

 

Please make extra sure to check your shipping address to verify that it's correct. We are not responsible for any shipping addresses entered incorrectly by the customer. If the package is returned to us for this reason or held up, the customer will be responsible for all charges to correctly deliver the package.

We will only provide free shipping one time each order.

 

Once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for it's transit. We do monitor our shipments to catch any issues as they arise and try to handle them with our local contacts. If a package is lost, we will try our best to help you in any way. In order to prevent this, it's recommended that you upgrade to priority mail at checkout to which the USPS provides $50 insurance coverage. If you would like to purchase additional coverage, please contact us.

*If your package states "delivered" and you state you haven't received it, we will not be able to help you with the delivery carrier. You will need to handle this with your local postal office and carrier. We are NOT responsible once the packages are handed over to the shipping carrier.

CANADA

You will charged a flat rate of $12.99 at checkout. Once we have packaged and weighed your order we will bill you for the exact difference (if any) via Paypal using your email address listed on your account. Please note: The least expensive way for us to ship to Canada is via the USPS service. Once the package leaves the United States it is no longer traceable. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages, or any fees or taxes due on your package. Once we hand over to the USPS we are no longer responsible. By purchasing from us you agree to these terms. The USPS states the average ship time is 10-15 days.

Returns
**We do not offer returns or exchanges on the boutique subscription boxes due to being discounted over 40%
Here at Cali Boutique we want you to absolutely love your purchases!
Any items purchased are for STORE CREDIT ONLY.  No exceptions.  A store credit (minus any upgraded shipping or international shipping charges) will be added to your account for applicable returns. Your item must be dropped off (postmarked) within 14 business days (Mon-Fri) from the delivery date. We highly recommend a delivery confirmation or receipt showing your drop off date should any problems occur.
We will gladly accept any merchandise other than accessories (Hats, Jewelry, Scarves etc), Final sale/Clearance items, subscription boxes, and/or Leggings postmarked within 14 days (excluding Saturday & Sunday) of the delivery date. 
Any items damaged by customer, worn (makeup, perfume, deodorant marks), smell of smoke, smell of animals, washed, received without original tags when applicable WILL NOT be accepted.
 We inspect every return received and can refuse your return based on the reasons listed above. If this occurs, your package will be sent back to you COD. If the package is again returned to us, we will hold your items for 30 days. After 30 days, your items will be donated to charity.

*Please note: We check our return box 1-2 times per week. We'll process your return as quickly as possible and email you once we've processed your return. We'll include your discount code for your balance.

 

Defective Items

We inspect each item prior to delivery. However, if you receive a defected item please snap a picture and email us at: hello@shopcaliboutique.com. Please put DEFECTIVE in the subject line.  We will email you a shipping label to return the item back to us.

You must contact us within 3 days of delivery. 

Wrong Order

 If you have received an incorrect order, please email us at: hello@shopcaliboutique.com Please put INCORRECT in the subject line. We will email you a shipping label to return the item back to us. You must contact us within 3 days of delivery.  

Exchanges 

 We do not offer exchanges at this time due to limited inventory. We cannot hold items while we wait on your return. We will process your return as quickly as we can so that you may order another size.
